# ICE HOUSE RENTAL ## House Rules, Safety Guidelines & Rental Policies Welcome! Thanks for booking our ice house. We want you to have a great fishing experience and enjoy your time on the lake. Please read and follow the rules below to help keep the ice house safe, clean, and in good condition for everyone. ### 1. Ice House Location & Movement - **DO NOT MOVE THE ICE HOUSE.** - The ice house must remain in its assigned location for the entire rental period. - Moving, towing, repositioning, or relocating the ice house requires the owner's prior approval. - Do not attempt to move the house yourself for any reason. - If you have concerns about the location or accessibility, contact the owner before making any changes. ### 2. Smoking & Alcohol - No smoking or vaping inside the ice house. - Alcohol is permitted. Please drink responsibly. - Excessive drinking, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. - Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests while under the influence of alcohol or otherwise. - Please dispose of cigarette butts and other waste properly. ### 3. Quiet Hours & Guests - Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. - Keep music, conversations, and other noise at a reasonable level. - Be respectful of nearby anglers, other fish houses, and lake users. - No unauthorized parties or additional overnight guests beyond the agreed booking. - The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their entire group. ### 4. Fish Cleaning - Fish cleaning must be done outside the ice house or in a designated fish-cleaning area. - Do not clean fish on countertops, tables, floors, or inside the living area. - Do not put fish remains, scales, bait, or fish guts down drains or toilets. - Properly bag and dispose of all fish waste. - Do not leave fish remains or bait on the ice. - Clean up the area after fishing. ### 5. Trash & Cleaning - All trash must be collected and placed in designated trash container
