Each listing sets one of the tiers below. The tier shown at checkout is snapshotted onto your booking, so the terms you agreed to never change afterward, even if this page is later updated.

Flexible

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in.

  • Cancel at least 1 day before check-in: 100% refund
  • Otherwise: non-refundable

Moderate

Full refund up to 5 days before check-in, 50% up to 24 hours before, then non-refundable.

  • Cancel at least 5 days before check-in: 100% refund
  • Cancel at least 1 day before check-in: 50% refund
  • Otherwise: non-refundable

Strict

50% refund up to 7 days before check-in, then non-refundable.

  • Cancel at least 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Otherwise: non-refundable
